Overview

FSMA Section 204 defines the Food Traceability Final Rule, which establishes additional recordkeeping requirements for domestic or foreign entities that manufacture, process, pack, or hold foods on the Food Traceability List (FTL) destined for sale to U.S. consumers. The rule went into effect on January 20, 2023 and will be enforced starting on January 20, 2026.

In the first part of this series, we defined the FDA FSMA 204 Traceability Rule: what it is, who it impacts and arising challenges. In this second webinar, we explore solutions that will help you achieve compliance and improve your operations. Don’t miss this opportunity to see what you can do to get ahead of this regulatory challenge, talk to our experts, and learn from the examples shown.

Register here to watch part one!

Note: This webinar references the January 2026 compliance deadline as it was created prior to the announcement from the FDA with its intention to extend the compliance deadline to July 2028.
