Does Rockwell pay a dividend? If so, when are dividends paid?

The declaration and payment of dividends by the Company is at the sole discretion of our Board of Directors. Normally, dividends are payable quarterly in March, June, September and December, upon authorization of the Board of Directors.

I would like to reinvest my dividend. Is there an option for this?

Yes, shareowners may participate in the EQ Shareowner Services Plus Plan to reinvest dividends in Company stock, have cash dividends directly deposited in their bank accounts and to deposit share certificates with the agent for safekeeping.

In addition, the program allows shareowners at their own cost to make optional cash investments in any amount from $100 to $100,000 per year or to sell all or any part of their shares held in their accounts.

Where can I find the cost basis of my Rockwell shares?

Information regarding the sale to Boeing (1996) and the spin-off of Rockwell Collins (2001), Conexant (1998) and ArvinMeritor (1997) is provided below:

Rockwell Collins: On June 29, 2001, Rockwell International Corporation ("Rockwell") distributed all of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of Rockwell Collins, Inc. (“Collins”) to holders of Rockwell Common Stock.

Conexant, Boeing and ArvinMeritor: On December 31, 1998, Rockwell International Corporation ("Rockwell") distributed all of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of Conexant Systems, Inc. ("Conexant") to holders of Rockwell Common Stock.
