After 40 years, the programming software has reached its final lifecycle stage

RSLogix 5 will be discontinued and will no longer be available for sale on December 31, 2025. Although new licenses will no longer be sold, existing RSLogix 5 installations will continue to be supported.

The end of RSLogix 5 product lifecycle requires thoughtful preparation, whether you’re managing an install, supporting customers, or considering platform modernization. Here’s what users can keep in mind during this transition period:
