The event registration system will remain open throughout the event (16 - 19 June 2025). Please note: hotel rooms can fill up fast. If you register to attend close to the event dates, a hotel room may not be available.

When session registration opens in March 2025, you may register to attend, select sessions and/or change your session selection for Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA prior to the event via the online registration system. Session availability is on a first-come first-served basis and some sessions may fill up fast, so make sure you book early.

During the event, you may register to attend, select sessions and/or change your session selection onsite.

Yes, if you are unable to attend, another person from your company can attend in your place. Simply cancel your registration and have your replacement attendee register to attend after you have cancelled.

Please note that you are responsible for hotel accommodation changes/cancellation.

Yes. You may go online and change your sessions in the online registration system or using the Events ROK mobile app. Onsite at the event, you may make your session changes at the provided session change kiosks or through the app.

The early bird rate from March to 15 April 2025 is $ 879; the regular event rate from 16 April 2025 is $ 1 099.

The fee does not change based on how many sessions you sign up for or days you plan on attending. We do not offer single day passes.

The registration fees will be processed directly on the credit card you provided during the registration process. We are sorry to inform you that we are not able to process any other form of payment than credit card.

The registration fee will be billed to your credit card immediately upon registering for the event, and a payment receipt will be e-mailed to you. Your credit card line item will state "Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA".

The registration fee will be charged in USD.

Cancellations in writing prior to 31 April 2025 are eligible for a 100% refund. Starting 1 May 2025 event fees are non-refundable.

If you registered for Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA and are unable to attend, another person from your company may attend in your place. Please contact our event support team to arrange the change.

Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the responsibility of the registrant.

No, there will be no free-of-charge seats available for participating System Integrator- and OEM partners, but a limited number of seats (max 2 per partner) can be purchased if they have valid and sufficient Commercial Incentives until 15 April 2025 or until the maximum limit is reached, whichever comes first.

Distributors will receive one free seat for every four paid customers they get to register for the event by 16 April 2025.

This option will only be available for Early Bird registrations until 15 April 2025, or until the maximum limit is reached, whichever comes first.

System Integrator- and OEM partners can contact their Rockwell Automation Channel Manager or log into the Partner Portal (PartnerNetwork Portal > Partner Resources > Partner Summary Report > Commercial Incentives) to confirm their Incentive Balance.

If sufficient balance is available, an Incentive Redemption Form (available from your Rockwell Automation sales representative) should be completed and submitted to [email protected]. After verification, the requestor will receive unique promo codes, including usage instructions.

During registration, customers can select their distributor from a predefined list. Based on the number of their registered customers, distributors will receive promo codes for free seats before 25 April 2025.

Hotel reservations for Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA can be made through the links mentioned on the event website and in your event registration confirmation. You must be registered to attend Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA to benefit from the negotiated hotel rates at the Rome Marriott Park Hotel, Italy.

However, you also have the option of booking at another hotel if you prefer to do so.

No. Rockwell Automation has negotiated the special Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA event rate at Rome Marriott Park Hotel that will ONLY be available through the links which are listed on the website of this event and in your event registration confirmation email.

*Please note: if you book with a travel agent or directly through the hotel, you will not be eligible for the Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA rate.

No. However, the hotel may routinely place an authorization request that acts as a "hold" against a certain amount of the available credit in your account. This hold provides the hotel with a level of assurance that they will be paid for services or products. When you check out, your card is billed for the exact amount of your stay. Contact the hotel directly for any discrepancies in your billing or for additional information.

The deadline for hotel reservations is 17 June 2025 or while rooms are available.

All participants of Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA 2025 are required to be registered for the event if booking guest accommodation at the event hotel. Any participants not adhering to this policy, will be subject to having their guest accommodation cancelled without notice.

Please send all requests for change or cancellation of the hotel reservation directly to the hotel you selected.

Note that the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry cancellation terms apply to your hotel reservation.

Yes. Any other method of payment that the hotel accepts may be used to cover the nights of your stay or any additional incurred charges at the time of your departure.

Wednesday night hospitality (ROKFest) — yes, but there is a $ 75 charge for guests that are 13 years or older (12 years old and younger are free), payable during online registration.
